    • Consultation and Assessment

      • Our sessions begin with an initial consultation to understand your personal history, goals, and concerns. I’ll also evaluate your mental and physical health, as well as your past experiences with psychedelics or altered states. This step ensures that I understand your background and helps determine if psychedelic therapy is an appropriate fit for you. We can also cover some education and orientation steps if appropriate.

    • Intention-Setting

      • In this session, you’re encouraged to reflect on your reasons for seeking a psychedelic experience and to identify specific intentions or goals for your journey. I’ll help to refine those intentions, which can help guide the journey. These intentions might include healing emotional wounds, exploring spirituality, gaining clarity on life decisions, or addressing mental health concerns. We’ll also make sure that you understand the session logistics - including timing, location, travel plan, dietary recommendations, and what to bring. This planning helps to create a smooth and anxiety-free experience.

    • Solo Sessions

      • I ensure that the physical environment is calm, comfortable, and free of distractions. That the lighting is soft, seats are comfortable, music is soothing, and that the space is conducive to introspection. I remain present throughout the session to provide emotional grounding and ensure your safety. I do my best to not interfere with your journey, but I am available to offer reassurance, gentle guidance, or grounding exercises if needed - especially if you encounter difficult emotions or challenging moments.

    • Group Sessions

      • These are setup like the solo sessions, however a group psychedelic experience offers the opportunity to connect with others on a shared journey, fostering a sense of community and mutual support. Participants may find comfort and inspiration in the collective energy of the group (whether that’s you and a partner, a friend, or even multiple individuals), as well as provide valuable insights during group reflection and integration sessions. This setting can be especially meaningful for those who value shared experiences, enjoy social connection, or want to explore themes of belonging. Participants should be aware that the dynamics of a group environment may influence the flow of their personal experience.

    • Integration Sessions

      • These follow-up meetings are often held a day or two after the session, but can be scheduled out farther. They are intended to give you space to talk through your experience and reflect on any emotions or insights that emerged. The closer to the journey that your first integration session is, the more you tend to hold onto. The sessions are intended to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and make sense of the journey and how the lessons learned can be applied to your personal growth or healing.

    • Ongoing Integration Support

      • We also offer additional ongoing support through follow-up integration sessions, group meetings, and other community resources. We also like to help clients in turning their insights into meaningful, practical steps. This might include lifestyle changes, new routines, improved relationships, or other areas of personal development. This continued support helps you to maintain momentum with your personal growth and ensures you continue to feel connected throughout the post-experience process.

    • Breathwork or Meditation Guidance

      • We offer individual breathwork practices to help clients prepare for a journey or to integrate their previous experience. These techniques are also some of the tools we find helpful during sessions if there is a need to manage emotions or discomfort.

    • Support Groups and Community Circles

      • We keep in touch with all of our clients and help facilitate group integration sessions and community circles where participants can share their experiences and learn from others who have undergone similar journeys.

    • Personalized Programs or Retreats

      • Individual clients may ask to participate in extended programs or retreats that incorporate multiple sessions, preparation practices, and integration support over a longer period of time. These are highly personalized programs.
